I think your performance in CS1101C is rather okay, though not good in general term( I check your mark with other students, they fare a lot better than you). However, you should not feel demoralised when I say that, rather I would say that you have performed up to the maximum peak just now. When I saw you trying to work on the linked list, I realised how serious you are when dealing with them. Certain linked list, in which it collaborated with file reading, certain takes up a lot of practises. But, for you who I thought to be among the weakest link, your persistence until the end, really touched my heart alot.

When you are doing the Anagram question, I thought you were doomed for good. There is a lot of idea that you need to understand. Recursion, call up another function, those were the things I think you should know before you come in. I remember you thinking those things as most difficult basics. However, your preseverence really ... I have nothing much to say, save that you really push yourself to the very limit to do the best. I saw you nearly lose your mind and your life, since you are so focused that you forgot to quench your thirst a bit.

I am also in admiration of your ability to be able to push your concentration to the limit. I never thought that you were so focused. Even when you are doing PC1431, you were not that presevere. I know that you have to pay a price for it, since you were slacking yesterday.

I can only say this - you have done your very best, and I can see it. If there's anyone who says that you did not do well, don't worry. That is part and parcel of life. The most important thing, you have learned something which is important. Not only to presevere but also to take this hard lesson to learn new things.

Your performance yesterday may disappoint me. But today, you amazed me.

Good luck for your coming exam, and also buck up your personal relationship. I can see that you and your dear is not in a very good situation now. Take your time. Raffles Hall is not bad after all :)
